About 90 people attended the second and last public hearing held at DRPA's passenger cruise terminal in the Philadelphia Navy Yard. About 60 people attended a hearing the night before at Rutgers-Camden. The objections were nearly identical. Most criticized the bistate authority for spending toll money on economic development projects, like the Kimmel Center, sports stadiums and the Camden aquarium, and demanded that future toll money be reserved...
