Tucson, Arizona | Published: 07.24.2008 Honeywell Aerospace has agreed to pay a $3 million-plus penalty for alleged violations at five Phoenix-area facilities in the largest air-quality settlement ever levied in Maricopa County, The Associated Press reported. The settlement, which mainly involves violations near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, covers a two-year period from March 1, 2006, to April 7, 2008.
