Organized and sponsored in part by Augusta County Parks and Recreation, the event began in 2003 as a nod to Stuarts Draft as the home of two major companies in the candy industry: Hershey Chocolates of Virginia and McKee Foods, maker of Little Debbie snacks. The event will include more than 100 vendors selling art, crafts and other items, said Kathy Stout McQuain, assistant director of parks and recreation.
