AUGUSTA, Ga. -- E-Z-Go, a Textron Inc. company and the world’s leading manufacturer of golf cars and utility vehicles, announced its MPT turf maintenance vehicles and Shuttle personnel carriers are now equipped with a Kawasaki gas engine delivering superior power, efficiency and reliability. The 13-horsepower, 401-cc Kawasaki engine is offered exclusively on E-Z-GO’s MPT 800 and MPT 1200 vehicles and the Shuttle 2, Shuttle 4, Shuttle 6 and Shuttle 2+2. The single-cylinder engine runs at low RPM, creating less noise and wear while extending the motor’s lifespan.
