By Ian Ferris - July 23, 2008 Dave Jones has told Rangers boss Walter Smith that it will take a good offer to prise Glenn Loovens away from Cardiff. The 24-year-old defender has been identified as one of Rangers' top transfer targets. Jones has yet to receive an approach from the Scottish club but has warned Smith that he would only consider letting Loovens go for the right price. "If Walter wants him then make a bid but, like any of our players, he won't be cheap," Jones told the Scottish Daily Mail. "Walter's got a big decision if he wants to come in for him.
