Boston oldies station disc jockey Barry Scott Turkowitz appears in Orleans District Court yesterday.Cape Cod Times/Paul Blackmore PROVINCETOWN — Boston disc jockey Barry Scott Turkowitz, who hosts a long-standing oldies show on WODS-FM, was found guilty yesterday afternoon of resisting arrest and disturbing the peace stemming from a scuffle with police at a birthday party last July. The jury trial in Orleans District Court put town officials on the defensive because of questions raised by Turkowitz's attorney, William Korman of Boston, about the training and experience of two summer police officers who made the arrest.
