Candidate supports reducing government

By KEVIN LANDRIGAN Staff Writer klandrigan@nashuatelegraph.com Republican Senate candidate Tom Alciere said as a strict supporter of the U.S. Constitution, he would vote to dismantle federal departments of education, health and human services, energy and agriculture, to name a few. But this biennial candidate wants the government to create a healthy consumer market and clean the environment, buying only federal cars and trucks powered by hydrogen. "The federal government needs to start investing in hydrogen-powered cars.
