It's the aftermath of Dolly, which has been downgraded to a tropical storm. At last report, Dolly was about 55 miles northwest of Brownsville, moving west at about seven miles-per-hour. JUNCTION CITY, Ohio (AP) - An Ohio county hit by straight-line winds of up to 110 miles-per-hour Tuesday is officially under a state of emergency. The order from Governor Ted Strickland lets Ohio's transportation department help local authorities remove debris in Perry County, in the east-central part of the state.
