No wholesale changes for new SMU soccer coach

McClements was introduced as the third men's soccer coach in SMU history at a news conference Wednesday. He faces the challenge of following Hyndman's success. Before becoming FC Dallas' coach last month, Hyndman led SMU to 23 NCAA tournament appearances in 24 years at the school. McClements, 43, was an assistant to Hyndman two times. The first was in 2000-01, before McClements became the head coach at Vanderbilt. In 1996, McClements was named head coach at Eastern Illinois, a school Hyndman led to the national tournament all seven seasons he was the coach. McClements spent the last...
