Mosley S&M Privacy Case Ruling Due

Formula One boss Max Mosley will discover today whether he has won his privacy case against a tabloid newspaper over what he described as a consensual S&M party. Mosley denies Nazi aspect to 'consensual' party. 'Sick Nazi Orgy' is how the News of the World described the incident in question, in an exposé that put the paper at the centre of a five-day High Court hearing earlier this month. Mr Mosley, son of the 1930s Fascist leader Sir Oswald Mosley, says that his life was devastated by the tabloid's March report of his encounter at a London flat with five women. The 68-year-old president of the FIA (Federation Internationale de l'Automobile) maintains that it was a private and consensual sadomasochistic session.
