Actually, it does, believe it or not. But it might take a while to get there, so let's get started. Team president Rod Thorn and GM Kiki Vandeweghe are operating with two separate goals in mind — first, to get well under the cap in the summer of 2010, and second, to have as good a team as possible in the meantime.
