Spanish-inspired Ballet Ara De Madrid dance group is currently touring Dubai malls giving shoppers a taste of flamenco dances from the region. “Without exaggeration I can say the group has toured the whole world," says the group's manager, Yelda Erdogan. The group usually has a long programme but during the Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) 2008 their concerts will feature only flamenco dances from selected areas of Spain, including Andalucía, Córdoba, Sevilla and Granada. “The group has rich repertoire of Flamenco dances and music, which they dance to with live music and singing," Erdogan says. Authentic Ballet Ara de Madrid represents the city of Madrid and shows all the typical dances of that area.
