Mans body found in Christchurch riverbed

Christchurch police say the body of a 37-year-old Leithfield man has been found in the Kowai River in North Canterbury. A police spokesman says it appears the man died after a four wheel drive became stuck in the riverbed last night. The man's body was found at about 10am today. Share this...
