"If you'd have known, would you have said anything?"

The aftermath of the arrest of Karadzic rumbles on. Most welcome the arrest but the reports from Bosnia and particularly Sarajevo make for interesting reading. First off, most former neighbours of Karadzic in a very unassuming apartment block in Belgrade weren't keen on being interviewed. This is not that unusual. The apartment is mainly occupied by older people, and in a country that still tends to lean towards the east, intrusion by the press is unwanted and feared. Those that didn't mind being interviewed were largely younger and more western leaning but the same old problems remained.
