Sramana Mitra pulls no punches when assessing where to place the blame for Yahoo! Inc.'s [YHOO] woes. "I don't think anything is going to change from a business point of view until they replace Jerry Yang as CEO," says the technology consultant and blogger. "They need an operational turnaround CEO. Both sides of the business, strategy and operations, are broken and everything I've heard from Jerry Yang on strategy makes no sense whatsoever.
