Tornardo warning for northeastern R.I.

A Tornado Warning remains in effect until 445 PM EDT for west central Bristol County in southeast Massachusetts... and extreme northeastern Kent... southeastern Providence and northern Bristol counties in Rhode Island... At 404 PM EDT... trained weather spotters reported a water spout near Barrington Beach. This funnel cloud has since lifted but is still capable of producing a tornado as it moves across southern Bristol County in Massachusetts through 445 PM. This includes Swansea...
