Toro Rosso driver Sebastian Vettel fastest in F1 testing for the second straight day

Toro Rosso driver Sebastian Vettel was fastest at Wednesday's Formula One testing for the second straight day. Vettel timed a fastest lap of 1 minute, 18.843 seconds around the Jerez circuit on tires that will be used in 2009, when F1 rules change. McLaren test driver Pedro de la Rosa was second in 1:19.081, ahead of Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen. Raikkonen was behind the wheel in place of test driver Luca Badoer as the Italian team continued working on car setups for upcoming races, following a disappointing German Grand Prix last Sunday.
