Toro Rosso driver Sebastian Vettel was fastest at Wednesday's Formula One testing for the second straight day. Vettel timed a fastest lap of 1 minute, 18.843 seconds around the Jerez circuit on tires that will be used in 2009, when F1 rules change. McLaren test driver Pedro de la Rosa was second in 1:19.081, ahead of Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen.
