By: Howie Edelson Although Neil Young will be releasing his long-awaited Archive series on standard CD and DVDs, he's adamant that the best way to experience his catalogue will be in the Blu-ray discs editions, whicha re coming out at the same time. Young told Billboard about the Archive series, the first 10-disc set of which will be released in the fall and will cover the years 1963 to 1972. Young explained the benefits of the new technology, saying, "Blu-ray is the future. It sounds the best, the navigating system is the best. I've made a lot of CDs and we've made a lot of DVDs, and Blu-ray technology is so far superior to anything else.
