Posted to the web 23 July 2008 Ibrahim Tarawallie Social organisation society (SOS) Sierra Leone has commenced a week-long budget and planning meeting at the organisation's conference hall in Freetown. The essence of the meeting was to prepare the organisation for the 2009 challenges and to brief participants about the general assembly's meeting of SOS kinderdorf international. Deputy national director Benoni Williams said the workshop was timely as it would give participants the privilege to get an insight into what happened in the organisation's general assembly. National director of Olatungie Woode said the organisation was no longer a pilot project but a professional body that deals with children's issues worldwide.
