It was cocktails and conversation at the Nassau County Museum of Art in Roslyn Harbor last week, when designer Ralph Rucci, the only American currently invited to show haute couture in Paris, talked fashion with Iris Apfel, whose magical wardrobe is the subject of the museum's current exhibit.
