The Rochester Knighthawks have the fifth overall selection in the upcoming 2008 National Lacrosse League Entry Draft. The Knighthawks will have seven picks in the six-round draft, which will take place in Boston the weekend of Saturday, September 6th to Sunday, September 7th. The weekend of activities begin on Saturday, September 6th, when the league will hold a daylong combine for the top 40 prospects at TD Banknorth Garden. The players will participate in drills and physical testing, followed by the annual All-Star Combine Game at 7:00 p.m. The game is free of charge for fans to attend, and no advance tickets are necessary.
