Ludmilla Lelis | Sentinel Staff Writer DAYTONA BEACH - A Tennessee man pleaded no contest to second-degree murder and burglary for the 2007 beating death of a Biketoberfest tourist. William McMinn, 24, of Bristol, Tenn., pleaded to the two felonies before Circuit Judge R. Michael Hutcheson last week. McMinn was one of three people arrested in the October 2007 death of James Earl Mason, 36, of Morristown, Tenn.
