The fire is believed to have started in the kitchen, the van in the back of the business.Melissa Evanko/Pocono Record SMITHFIELD TOWNSHIP — The state police fire marshal is investigating a fire that caused smoke and water damage to the interiors of both a kitchen trailer behind Anthony's Deli and the deli itself on Route 209, near Pocono Candle, on Tuesday. No one was injured in the fire, which began at about 2:37 p.m. in a kitchen cabinet under the fryer. The deli opened at that location in April.
