PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― A tornado warning in Lawrence and Butler Counties had people running for cover Tuesday evening. A strong storm, that may have contained a tornado, made its way from the New Castle area to northern Butler County between 8 and 9:15 p.m. So far, there are no reports of major damage and only scattered power outages. There are reports that a tree struck a car in Mahoning Township, Lawrence County. However, no one was injured. Four men were fishing at Lake Arthur in Moraine State Park when the storm quickly approached. They describe what happened when a wall of rain and driving winds ripped across the park and they spotted what they believed to be a funnel cloud forming.
