Police have released the name of a man found dead in a burned-out apartment building in a fire that was later ruled arson. It all happened last Monday at an apartment building on south Ninth Street in Lebanon. The coroner's office says Kevin Robertson, 46, had to be identified by dental records because his body was so badly burned. Police say Robertson was already dead when the fire started. This, as investigators say an accelerant was found outside the apartment in which Robertson’s body was found. That apartment belonged to Nicholas Pappas, 42, who was arrested in New Jersey last week after a police chase. Pappas was found to have heroin on him.
