READING, Pa. (AP) - A Berks County teenager is acquitted of homicide by vehicle for a crash that killed two of his friends. A judge ruled Tuesday that 18-year-old Jason Busch-Hodgson, of Mount Penn, was guilty only of speeding and reckless driving. The June 18, 2007, crash killed 21-year-old Cortney Kelly, of Exeter Township, and 15-year-old Troy DeNunzio Jr., of Mount Penn.
