Bus blasts not linked to Olympics, China says : Chinese investigators have found no evidence that fatal explosions on two public buses in the southwestern city of Kunming were terrorist attacks linked to the Beijing Olympics, a Foreign Ministry spokesman said on Tuesday. The Monday explosions killed two people and wounded 14 in separate blasts that struck two buses during the morning rush hour. The explosions, both caused by ammonium nitrate placed under seats, occurred within 65 minutes of each other and hit buses traveling on the same No. 54 route, state media reported. On Tuesday, the authorities in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province, offered a reward of 100,000 yuan, about $14,660, for information leading to arrests in the case.
