Revenue totaled $267.0 million, a 10.8% increase over revenue of $241.1 million in the year ago period. Operating income was $55.6 million versus $53.8 million in the second quarter of 2007. Net income in the quarter was $26.2 million, or $0.39 per share on a diluted basis of 67.8 million shares. In the year ago period, the Company reported net income of $25.3 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.36.
