Actor Maria Bello takes on THE MUMMY...franchise that is! In the latest installment of the Mummy films, Bello has joined up with director Rob Cohen and returning star Brendan Fraser for a battle with THE MUMMY: TOMB OF THE DRAGON EMPEROR! Bello has taken up the role of Evelyn, played by Rachel Weisz in the two previous Mummy films. She talked with the IESB along with a group of journalists about the character, working with Fraser and more! IESB: You were kicking some butt. Maria Bello: Thank you. IESB: How much training did you have to do before you had to go fight a bad Chinese female soldier? MB: I trained quite a bit for that, because I had to work on wires. But it was so much fun. I – the first time I got on wires, I felt like Peter Pan. It was quite easeful for me. I think because I dreamed about doing it my whole life....
