Cameron, from Pitlochry (left), wanted to attack someone from Dundee (right) A Perthshire project manager who beat up a man because he was from Dundee has narrowly avoided being sent to prison. Peter Cameron, from Pitlochry, targeted Alexander Duncan after announcing he was looking for a Dundonian to attack. He punched Mr Duncan and kicked him as he lay unconscious in the street outside a bar on Valentine's Day. Cameron, 36, admitted the offence. At Perth Sheriff Court, he was given 120 hours community service and told to pay his victim £300 compensation. The court was earlier told that Cameron had been under the influence of drink or drugs when he went into the Kingfisher bar in Pitlochry.
