Second trial, for alleged assault of girl, set Aug. 18 By ANDREW WOLFE, Staff Writer awolfe@nashuatelegraph.com NASHUA – Jurors convicted a former city man Monday of sexually assaulting a young boy several years ago, though they apparently concluded that the man’s confession to police was coerced and disregarded it, the prosecutor said. Anthony Parker, 27, of Hinesville, Ga., had been jailed since his arrest last year, unable to post bail. His bail was revoked upon his convictions Monday, making him ineligible for release. Parker will face a second trial Aug. 18 on charges that he sexually assaulted a young girl. The assaults allegedly took place at Parker’s home in Royal Crest Estates in Nashua, where he lived from December 2004 through February 2006.
