Brit suffers defeat in Los Angeles British number one Anne Keothavong lost her opening round match at the East West Bank Classic in Los Angeles on Monday night. The world number 76 would have hoped to have tested the veteran American Jill Craybas but succumbed in disappointing fashion, 6-3 6-2. Keothavong was broken in the second game and the 34-year-old never looked back as she eased into the second round and a date with fifth seed Vera Zvonareva.
