After setting two dumpsters on fire, three Penn State students could face felony charges. Three students are facing criminal charges and more than $3,000 in fines for setting two dumpsters on fire in February. Nicolas S. Semanderes, Dominic V. Massaro and Justin S. Polosky were each charged in April with criminal mischief and summary arson after the State College Police Department said they started two small fires downtown in February, according to court documents. Centre County District Attorney Michael Madeira said it appears the charges against Semanderes and Polosky were dropped at their May preliminary hearing and then refiled June 16.
