Associated Press - July 21, 2008 11:05 AM ET CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - Almost 40 students at Casper College won't be able to live on campus this fall when they start classes. The colleges' three apartment complexes and three residence halls are all full. There are still 37 students waiting for an opening. Barb Meryhew is director of housing and student activities. She said she's looking for rental properties around Casper that would be suitable for students. Many students say they prefer to live on campus because dorms are more affordable and connect them to happenings on campus.
