Hertha BSC unveiled their fifth new signing for the upcoming season on Friday. His name is Cicero, and he's Brazilian. The 23-year-old comes from Fluminense Rio de Janeiro on a two-year loan deal. "It's a pleasure to be here in Berlin. Hertha are a great club", he says. Cicero Santos is a genuine all-rounder, who has played in a number of positions in the course of his career to date. Like his new coach Lucien Favre, however, he sees himself primarily as a defensive midfielder. "Challenge for trophies" "He's a polyvalent player. We're glad to have got him on our books" Favre said.
