I'm back!

I’m back from vacation and getting a bit of a late start blogging tonight since my dog got sprayed by a skunk. It’s great to be back out here in the woods! However, my getaway left me with a renewed appreciation for home (be it ever so humble and skunk-ridden, there really is no place like home) and some new thoughts on ways to use technology to bring science to life for our kids. My 13-year old in particular got me thinking about ways that some simple bits of tech can be used to really enhance and inspire education instead of merely being more technology that we throw at kids to be “cutting edge.” First, a bit of background.
