Twins Notes: Service Time, The New Jacque, and RumorsFrancisco Liriano's agent made headlines over the weekend for filing a grievance with the Players Association alleging that the Twins are keeping Liriano at Triple-A to control his service time and delay his arbitration eligibility (and eventually his free agency).
