(AP) - Tropical Storm Cristobal is moving along the North Carolina coast this morning and some drought-stricken areas should get some much needed rain. Cristobal is the first tropical storm to menace the Southeast seaboard this hurricane season. TAIPEI, Taiwan (AP) - Taiwanese officials have raised the death toll from flash floods triggered by a tropical storm. Officials say 19 people died when the storm lashed southern Taiwan with torrential rains Friday. Another six people are missing. KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) - Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama says he wants to make sure that people in America understand the sacrifice being made by U.S. troops.
