Where will you be working TOMORROW ? Delaware's economy shifts gears as entrepreneurial spirit grows

While the proud name of Hercules Inc. is carved in huge letters on the chemical company's monumental headquarters in downtown Wilmington, the 96-year-old company announced this month it will be swallowed up by a Kentucky-based firm by the end of the year. To the south, commercial real estate agents are circling the sprawling industrial campus in Newark where Chrysler produced American vehicles for nearly 60 years. The automaker has announced it is closing the plant and selling the land as the company attempts to transform. The plant is on the chopping block for 2009.
