(AP) - Tropical Storm Cristobal may be welcomed in parts of drought-stricken North Carolina, where it's expected to dump several inches of rain. The storm is already dumping rain in the eastern Carolinas. TAIPEI, Taiwan (AP) - Taiwanese officials say flash floods from a tropical storm have killed 19 people. The disaster relief center lists another six people as missing. The storm lashed southern Taiwan Friday.
