Eight agents join Wilkins & Associates

Five agents have joined the Mount Pocono office of Wilkins & Associates Real Estate, and two new agents go to the Stroudsburg office. One will work from the Bushkill office. In Bushkill: Alice Plasencia, an associate broker, has been in the real estate industry for 25 years. A second-generation realtor, she owned and operated Alice Plasencia Real Estate in Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg for 10 years. Plasencia owns the name Alice Plasencia Team, which she intends to grow with the help of the Wilkins Marketing Department. She holds the CRS designation, a prestigious title that requires taking a number of specialized courses, the sale of millions of dollars of real estate yearly and the successful passing of certain exams.
