CHICAGO -- The Royals' lineup got a new twist on Saturday night, with Mark Teahen leading off against the White Sox. Teahen was in the No. 1 spot for the first time in his Major League career, as manager Trey Hillman dropped leadoff man David DeJesus into the No. 3 spot. Teahen batted third in the series opener. "It's something that's been thrown around," Hillman said. "We're lacking, obviously, in production in our No. 3 slot. David's production is arguably the best that we can have in the No. 3 slot." DeJesus batted third four times previously this season. His clutch-hitting numbers are outstanding; he entered Saturday hitting .460 with runners in scoring position, best in the Majors.
