Media Advisory: National Association of Letter Carriers Convention for Monday, July 21 BOSTON, July 18 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Over 8,800 elected delegates to the 66th Biennial National Convention of the National Association of Letter Carriers union will register Saturday and Sunday at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in preparation for the week-long convention that begins Monday, July 21. The highlight of Monday's opening session will be an address by Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, followed by action on endorsement of a candidate for President.
