Associated Press - July 18, 2008 12:53 PM ET WASHINGTON (AP) - The White House is set to work out a timeline for American troop cuts in Iraq. It says President Bush and Iraq's prime minister talked about the timing issue during discussions over a broader security agreement to keep U.S. troops there after a U.N. mandate expires at the end of the year. GUANTANAMO BAY NAVAL BASE, Cuba (AP) - Lawyers for Osama Bin Laden's former driver want some of the statements he gave to Guantanamo authorities tossed out, saying they were obtained through "coercive" measures.
