Spherion's Ohio Employee Confidence Index increased 5.7 points, to 47.1 in June, the company said in a news release. Respondents felt a little better about the state's economy, with 72 percent saying it's getting weaker, versus 74 percent in May. Likewise, 62 percent said there were fewer jobs available compared to 69 percent the month before.
