Former Charles Manson Devotee, and Convicted Murderess Susan Atkins Denied Release

Apparently, Susan Atkins has brain cancer. So, her family petitioned the state of California to grant her a “compassionate release”, in order to enable her to die at home with family and friends. Susan Atkins was a devoted follower of Charles Manson, and was directly responsible for the murder of more then one person. Her most well-known victim was Sharon Tate, who was married to director Roman Polanski, and 8 1/2 months pregnant with his child at the time of her untimely death. Atkins stabbed her to death and tasted her blood. Atkins said that she killed Tate in order to make her “shut-up”, as she was currently pleading for mercy for the life of her unborn child. Neither Tate, nor her unborn child, received any form of mercy. Atkins claimed that she was using drugs at the time of the murders, but showed no kind of remorse...
