Sure, the 23-year-old has been impressive so far this year, winning seven Sprint Cup races in 19 starts. But "most dominant?" He still has a long way to go ... and a championship to win. To settle the upcoming debate on Busch's greatness, if he does go on to win this year's championship, this week's Power Rankings are devoted to the best performances in NASCAR's modern era (1972-present). While victories are always a good barometer to gauge supremacy, it is not the only indicator used to compile this list.
