Erik Otto: The Unibrow Movement by David Downs Is there a way to charge De Young prices for Hunter's Point salvage? Erik Otto -- who's second solo show The Sea Of Change opens July 19, 2008 at the Shooting Gallery at 839 Larkin -- is staking his life on the answer being "yes". Like many artists working in the shadow of Robert Rauschenberg, 28-year-old Otto counts himself among the "Low Brow" movement of pop surrealists, urban artist, street artists, comic artists, hip-hop and skateboard culture-influenced "naive" artists centered in SF, LA, and NY.
