Venezuela dynamizes the integration of Latin America and the Caribbean

Caracas, Jul 16. ABN.- “Venezuela represents the more dynamizer initiative of integration and union processes of Latin American and Caribbean countries in this right moment, not only because its energy, but its energetic policy and leadership”, the internationalist Luis Quintana said.
