CALGARY, ALBERTA - (Marketwire - July 15, 2008) - VGS Seismic Canada Inc. ("VGS", or "the Company) (TSX VENTURE:VGS) announces the resignation of Mr. Steven Vasey, President and CEO, and Mr. Vasey has also resigned from the Board of Directors. The Board of VGS will immediately engage a search firm to assist with finding a new Chief Executive Officer. Until a candidate is selected, Mr. Richard White, a member of the board of VGS will act as President and CEO. VGS also announces the departure of Mr. Dale Harger, Chief Operating Officer, and Ms. Christine St. Clair, Vice President of Operations.
